With our monthly plan, you gain the flexibility to cancel or pause your subscription whenever a designer it’s not required. The remaining time can be used later when you unpause your subscription.
After subscribing, you can have unlimited design requests in your queue. What's important to understand is that requests are completed one by one. We will work on the request in the "Active Request" column in Trello.
As long as you're a member we will do unlimited revisions on the design until you're 100% satisfied.
We recognize that you might not have design tasks to occupy an entire month. You may only have a couple of design tasks currently. That's when pausing your subscription becomes powerful.
Billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For instance, if you register and utilize the service for 14 days before choosing to halt your subscription, the billing cycle will be suspended, allowing you to access the remaining 17 days of service at any point in the future.
There will be no refunds due to the high quality of work delivered.
